    Art historian, administrative director of Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK).

    From 2011 to 2017 Deputy director of the Culture Department for the City of Zurich, responsible for the business administration of the department and the city’s own cultural institutions. She acquired in-depth knowledge in the field of foundations while representing the City of Zurich in several cultural foundations (Zurich Film Foundation, among others). Prior to this, she managed the media centre for the Swiss National Exhibition (Expo.02) and represented building owners in both the public and private sectors.

  • Aline Schmid

    After graduating from the University of Fribourg, Aline Schmid studied scriptwriting in Stuttgart. With Intermezzo Films she has produced several creative documentaries and fiction features, such as SONITA (Sundance / IDFA) and BROKEN LAND (Locarno / Rotterdam). She participated in the programs Emerging Producer (Jihlava 2013) and Producer on the Move (Cannes 2015). In 2016 she founded Beauvoir Films. Her latest productions include THE GIRL AND THE SPIN (Berlinale 2021) and L'ART DU SILENCE (Film Festival Max Ophüls Preis 2022).
