Film Sales Support
Enhancing the promotion of European films outside Europe: that is the aim of Film Sales Support. This support is also available to films made in Switzerland.
Film Sales Support (FSS) is a programme run by European Film Promotion (EFP). It backs marketing campaigns undertaken by world sales agents seeking to sell and distribute European and Swiss films. As well as boosting the promotion of European films on the main international markets, FSS also aims to make the films more visible.
How can I apply for Film Sales Support?
Applications for films from Switzerland must be submitted to EFP by the world sales agent.
Thanks to support from the Federal Office of Culture and MEDIA Desk Suisse, Film Sales Support for Swiss films is funded via the federal government's MEDIA compensation measures and coordinated by SWISS FILMS.
