Hélène is seventy. Once a celebrated actress, she has remained a seductive woman. Since her lover, Victor, committed suicide thirty years earlier, Hélène has been unconsolable. Each sleepless night she talks to him through her diary. But lately Hélène’s peace has been disturbed by anonymous telephone calls from a man who insists on seeing her, without revealing his identity. One day, intrigued by this strange caller, she yields to temptation and agrees to a rendezvous, at the Hotel Terminus.
