The film is about a four-man rowing team on their daring Atlantic crossing during The World’s Toughest Row. Their goal: a world record - 4,800 kilometres in under 30 days, nonstop across theocean. But it’s not only a race against time, it’s a race against their own limits - both physical and mental. Confined in the tightest of spaces, far from any civilisation, the ocean becomes the ultimate test of body, mind, and team dynamics. The film blends spectacular extreme sport with scientific exploration - marine microbiology, sports physiology - and environmental commitment through a partnership with rrreefs. A story of willpower, vulnerability, and a journey that reaches far beyond the Atlantic.
