The documentary tells the story of the Šabanović family who fled from Bosnia - Herzegovina to Switzerland 30 years ago. We accompany the family to their places of remembrance in Bosnia and to their places of activity in Zug and ask them about their cultural identity and belonging. The common thread is the only pre-war memento of the Šabanović family – the eldest son Alen’s romper suit. In cooperation with the War Childhood Museum Sarajevo, the romper suit comes as an exhibit in the museum and symbolizes children worldwide who cannot grow up in their parents' country due to political unrest and wars.
