Since the end of 2021, over fifty flats occupy the bridgehead of the Monbijou Bridge in the city of Bern. This is not worth a headline and certainly not worth a 40-minute film if it were not a unique architectural project whose exemplary character goes far beyond the borders of the city of Bern.
