In Huelva, Spain, one hundred thousand people from Eastern Europe and North Africa harvest red fruits for our shelves in Switzerland every year. The working and living conditions are marked by insecurity and exploitation. Two different protagonists give insight into their everyday lives. Gambu from Ghana lives in the chabolas (plastic huts) and works in the fields. Nora Komposch, a Swiss woman, is researching the situation on site for her doctoral thesis.
