The focus is on the conflict between the Habsburgs and the Confederates at the time of the Holy Roman Empire in the late Middle Ages. The starting point is the decisive battle at Dornach and the visible remnant – an enchanted castle ruin. On the basis of this, the entire conflict is unravelled and “demythicised” according to the latest scientific findings. It sheds new light on new, hitherto less known events.
