The Lucien Dubuis Trio improvises - invents. They hum, scream, whirl, race, crack, laugh, connect and break rhythms. “Fragmented Rhythms” transfers the musical characteristics of the Trios into the film's dramaturgy – into the rhythm of the film. From this close interaction, new, autonomous music and picture compositions result. The pictures developed in the exercise area and on the European tour of the Lucien Dubuis Trio in October 2007.
