The film reflects on gender identity and related codes and prejudices with the aim of weakening a binary understanding of it. In an open negotiation process with the film team, the protagonists explore the questions of how they experience their gender identity and how they deal with it in terms of self-perception and the perception of others. The universal character of this inner confrontation becomes tangible.
