A portrayal of life in a small village of southern Italy. Hit by the migration of the young people to the north, it tells about what’s left and how the older generation live. Just like the elderly people ravaged by suffering, the walls of the unfinished houses have slowly faded into nature. The film is about a place that actually became like the citizens of the area, old.
Il film cattura la vita di un paesino del sud Italia. Colpito dalla migrazione dei giovani locali verso le città del nord, Grigio. Terra bruciata racconta cosa è rimasto al paese e come gli anziani vivono il crepuscolo della vita. Proprio come il volto degli anziani viene segnato dal tempo, l’incompiuto delle strutture muore immergendosi nella natura. Il film riguarda un posto che si è lentamente trasformato insieme ai cittadini che lo popolano.
