People who live well-ordered lives usually get annoyed about urban drop-outs with Iroquoian hairstyles, piercings and frayed clothes, who indulge heavily in alcohol and ask passers-by for money. Geneva documentarist Daniel Schweizer decided to take a closer look. Over an extended period of time he accompanied – as a silent ethnographer – a heterogeneous clan of young people who live outside the social conventions. Using the example of Jeff – who is on the verge of another heart operation – and his girlfriend Nathi, he depicts a youth totally dedicated to the here and now.
