Mr Elys has been working for 20 years in an ice-skating rink he has made his home. Although an ice-hockey fan, he has never dared put on ice-skates himself. He leads an aimless life until he meets Brie, a wild youngster, banned from the ice-skating trainings. He is willing to open the doors to the rink for her, unaware of the consequences of his act.
