1819. Enrique Faber, a young Swiss doctor, arrives in Cuba to find his aunt whom he has lost sight of. While conducting the investigation, he opens a medical consultation and treats black and slaves. His success as a doctor, his marriage with a beautiful and young pariah from the surrounding area give rise to the worst jealousy. One night, three men fall on him and discover that Enrique is a woman. Enriqueta is thrown in jail. Based on a true story.
