Filmmaker Fernando Solanos returns to the subject of his home country Argentina, which continues to be at the mercy of corrupt politicians and profit seeking international conglomerates. The film is structured into several parts, all are thematically connected. Around 20 people of different regional and social backgrounds tell of their experience in the auxiliary troops, which started in the face of huge unemployment and food shortage. Their stories are all connected by intense or painful human experience and all have one goal: to bring about change.
