At a time when the mind-set of global markets has been adopted even by the world of humanitarian aid, "Nettoyeurs de guerre" paints a portrait of a small, non-profit team that is very experienced in mechanised mine clearance, but finds itself having to adapt to new regulations if it wants to carry on.
