The film portrays a court that clarifies conflicts between employers and employees. Confrontations are frequent in this branch of law: tension, stress and revolts all have an impact on the working environment. Employees seeking justice and appreciation, or who have been dismissed, harassed and exploited all take the floor and defend themselves against their employers. The reports and personal accounts result in a mosaic that reveals a human comedy to us: our present-day society.
