The Juragua electric nuclear power plant in Cuba was one of the most ambitious projects ever undertaken by the Soviet Union. It was known as “The Project of the Century” and the nuclear city as a kind of paradise, a socialist model city. However, six months before the completion of the project, the Soviet Union collapsed. A state of “temporary paralysis” was declared. A state that still exists today.
L'impianto elettro-nucleare di Juragua, a Cuba, è stato uno dei progetti più ambiziosi mai intrapresi dall'Unione Sovietica. Era conosciuto come "Il progetto del secolo" e la città nucleare come una sorta di paradiso, una città socialista modello. Ma sei mesi prima che il progetto fosse completato, l'Unione Sovietica è crollata. È stato dichiarato uno stato di "paralisi temporanea". Uno stato, che dura ancora oggi.
