The recently graduated environmental engineer Anna (27) starts her first job full of idealism: she is responsible for the research and planning of young trees at the Green Department of the Municipality of Zurich. There, she is confronted with the reality of pragmatic solutions and making compromises, which puts her ideals to the test.
