There are many passages in life. One passage is portrayed in this animation film as a train ride, comprised of many crossings. The journey represents life, dealing with the ups and downs. The passage between life and death is, however, one of the most important in life. The constant juxtaposition of life and death is analogous to the visual depiction in the film of black and white vying with each other.
