Do the patients of Dr. Kunz in Versoix, near Geneva, know they are being treated by an African king? Almost certainly not. But although the good doctor is discreet in Switzerland about the noble rank he holds in his African homeland rather than broadcasting the fact, he does not try to hide it either. A film crew accompanied him on an annual visit to his subjects in Ghana. What they found shows that this strange tale is not a mere legend.
