Filming of “Jeune homme” wraps up

In the production of the new movie “Jeune homme” by Christoph Schaub (“Sternenberg”, “Stille Liebe”) filming has been concluded after shooting for one week around Zurich and 7 weeks in the Geneva area. The comedy tells the story of 18-year-old Sebastian who leaves the German part of Switzerland to be an au pair in the French speaking part of the country. What was originally planned as simple stay with the goal of learning the French language, turns into an introduction to life and love. The film was produced by T&C Film, Zurich.
In this new comedy by Christoph Schaub, Zurich high school student Matthias Schoch (19) plays his first major role. The cast also consists of internationally known actors and actresses such as Alexandra Vandernoot (“Prêt-à-porter: Ready to Wear”, “The Dinner Game”, “The Closet”), Didier Flamand (“The Chorus”, “Les Destinées”), and Hans Peter Müller-Drossaart (“Full Moon”, “Sternenberg” ). The movie will be released in Swiss cinemas in January 2006.
