Born in Thun, lives and works in Basel Switzerland. 1982–84 Drama school Ruth von Zerboni Munich Germany. 1984–92 Actress and theatre pedagogue. 1992–95 Studies audio-visual arts at HGK (Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst) Basel. Since 1995 media artist. 2001 Guest lecturer Universidad Nacional Medellin Colombia. 2014-16 Guest lecturer Institute of Architecture FHNW (Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz). 2012 Swiss Art Award, Basel.
