Brigitte Schmid-Gugler

Born in 1956 in Fribourg, Switzerland. 1976-90 Works in theatre as make-up artist, set designer, production manager, assistant director and assistant dramaturge. 1991-94 Studies journalism. From 1994 onwards, works as independent journalist and co-author of various books. Since 2007 culture editor and journalist for the St. Galler Tagblatt. Attended further courses in journalism and video production at the MAZ (Medium-Ausbildungs-Zentrum) Luzern and the Kunstschule Lichtenstein.
