Carlo El Basbasi was born in Bern in 1992, studied sociology, political science, media communication studies, art history and philosophy at the University of Bern and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences.
Since 2017, he has been the owner of the film production company Neon Ray Films in Bern, taking on administrative and organizational tasks and working as a creative producer for commissioned films. In addition, he is active in freelance projects as a production manager and location manager.
