Born in Eritrea in 2004. At the age of 6, she left the country clandestinely along with her mother, brother, and little sister. Today she works as an apprentice dental assistant at the University clinic in Zurich. Passionate about acting since childhood, whenever possible she would watch Eritrean TV series and observe and imitate the actresses. In Zurich she is active in the local church theatre. SEMRET is her first film as an actress.
