As a cinematographer she works across fiction and documentary. With a background in Modern and Classical Chinese and Korean from SOAS, her approach to image-making is shaped by a deep curiosity for language, culture, and character. The acclaimed short film FILIPIÑANA (2020) premiered at Berlinale and went on to screen at numerous international festivals, winning the Silver Bear. She shot the feature-length adaptation of the film, which won the Creative Vision Award at Sundance in 2026 and had it’s European Premiere at the Berlinale Perspectives 2026. Other recent feature credits include THE ZODIAC KILLER (2025) and 100 NIGHTS OF HERO (2025), which closed both Venice and London Film Festivals on 2025. She is a recipient of the Panalux Award for Outstanding Cinematography and a member of Illuminatrix.
