Sophia Bösch
Director, Screenwriter
Born in 1987 in Winterthur, Switzerland. BA in Cinema Studies and Filmmaking from Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts. Co-founder and director of the Stockholmbased feminist film collective Lillemor Film. 2018 MA in Film Directing from Film University Babelsberg. Her Swedish-German graduation short film RÅ premiered in the Perspektive Deutsches Kino section at the 2018 Berlinale and was honoured with the Studio Hamburg Newcomer Award and the German Short Film Award. Her previous short films have been honoured with the Swiss Upcoming Filmmakers Award and the Short Tiger Award, among others. MILK TEETH is her feature film debut.
