Jaider, a Macuxi Indian, leaves the Amazon to carry the voice of his people. Sharing the prophecy of the impending “Fall of the Sky”, he is convinced that the world’s spiritual leaders must unite to protect this endangered Earth. His quest takes him from the rainforest to San Francisco and Geneva, before travelling to Rome with an elderly shaman woman to meet Pope Francis. Jaider’s odyssey becomes a shamanic criticism of our consumer society.
