Arthur has just started to work in Monthey, as manager of a communication's agency. The whole town is focused on preparing the 150th anniversary of Carnival. He has no intention of taking part of it, which he sees as chaos, drinking and fighting. But then he meets Rebecca, whom he met on a skiing vacation and it makes things change.
