Behind colorful walls of protein powder cans, between weight benches and the scent of the locker rooms, a friendship grows between two young men. Together, they seek the limits of their strength and push beyond them always carried by their bond. The film explores body and muscle, closeness and contact, and manhood, in the mirror and in each other.
