Swiss Drummer Jojo Mayer is internationally one of today’s most celebrated drummers and yet remains largely unnoticed by the mainstream music industry. For good reasons. To this day, his life has been a quest for new music, new ideas and ways to understand the time we live in – regardless of the consequences. Mayer grew up with a crocodile in his living room, he spent his childhood all over the world and has been playing drums ever since he learnt how to sit upright. The film travels along with the drummer, and right into the clockwork of his relentlessly spinning mind.
