This great lake at the heart of Phnom Penh has been dried out and the people living next to it forcibly moved to make way for stupendous real-estate projects. The great artist and performer Leang Seckon invents a chant and a choreography at the filmmakers’ initiative; a film and some poetic actions to conjure up oblivion.
