A musical-essay film that inquiries on politics of sound in Chocó, on the pacific coast of Colombia, tracing the aesthetic affects of paramilitarism embedded in Colombian popular musics that are hearable in the streets, while conducting archaeologies of sound in the present by interviewing and listening singers of Alabaos chants and Cumbancha musicians in a context of armed conflict.
