Natalia, a 22-year-old single mother, aspires to become a member of the mobile security unit in Ticino. She is assigned to Sergeant Salvino, who has been rendered bad-tempered, to say the least, by his many years of service. This evening, however, there is no time for bad moods. A babysitter has disappeared, together with the baby she was watching. The night patrol has until dawn to find her. The night is her realm: in the daytime world, she is nothing. For anyone.
Natalia è una ragazza madre. Entra nella polizia non per vocazione, ma per sbarcare il lunario. Trascorre un periodo di prova in forza all'Unità Mobile die Sicurezza. Fa coppia con il burbero sergente Savino che le insegna i rudimenti del mestiere. Il caso che i due poliziotti devono risolvere mette in luce la loro differenza di mentalità.
