Baghdad, 2004: “Major combat operations” have ended, but the real battle for Iraq is just beginning. The situation is desperate. During a ceasefire between Iraqi rebels and American troops, aid worker Kim (34) and doctor Alain (63) try to deliver essential medical supplies to the besieged city of Fallujah. Journalist Oliver (30), hoping for a great story, goes with them and persuades his cameraman Ralf (48) to cover this trip into danger. Set against a backdrop of real events, a film about people going to their limits to help others under extreme circumstances.
