Jacopo Giulini
Production Designer, Screenwriter, Director, Editor
Born in Zug in 1993, joint Italian and Swiss nationality. 2013-16 He studied philosophy and art history at the
University of Lausanne. After attending a course at the Prague Film School, he worked on several small productions in the role of set designer, editor and sound technician. 2018-22 Bachelor of Production Design at ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). There he specialises in set design, working on several professional productions, such as PLATZSPITZBABY and Netlix series UNORTHODOX. He works as main production Designer for the Swiss movie REDUIT by Leon Schwitter, which won the first look award at the Locarno film festival. Furthermore he works for commercials, music videos and shorts in the art department and occasionally as Editor. For his Diploma project he shoots his first shortfilm HO SOGNATO D'INCENDIARE L'UNIVERSO (I have dreamt of burning the universe).
