Born in 2004 in Zurich, Switzerland. He has been making short films since he was six years old. During his later school years, he was successful at the Swiss Youth Film Festival and won the Teen Director Award at the Bangalore Film Festival. After graduating from high school, he started working for a Swiss film production company.
