Marí Alessandrini
Director, Screenwriter, Producer, Location Sound Mixer, Cinematographer, Editor
Born in Argentina. Worked as a photographer, director and acrobat in a circus company. In 2007 she moved to Geneva and studied directing and visual arts at HEAD-Genève (Haute école d'art et de design). She directed several short films and participated at the Cinéfondation residence of the Cannes Film Festival to develop her first feature-length fiction film ZAHORÍ. In Locarno she received the Pardo 2020 – The Films After Tomorrow award.
