She wrote her doctoral thesis at the University of Lausanne on the topic of access to land and settlement of new farmers. She studied agricultural sciences and then devoted herself to environmental social sciences and sustainability sciences. She has collaborated on various science communication projects and written journalistic articles for various publications.
