Life in the village of Mendrisio goes on as usual: Palmira keeps an eye on everything. But this nice routine is interrupted when the Beck Circus comes to town and when its hilarious Director promises everyone an unforgettable show. His promise comes true and very soon the delicate balance that had kept Palmira’s family together will be shattered, changing the destiny of each and every one. At the centre of all the frenzy is the discovery of a precious treasure that pushes everyone to the maddest gestures in order to obtain it.
La semplice vita nel borgo di Mendrisio prosegue come sempre: la Palmira tiene sotto controllo tutto quanto accade in paese, ma questa simpatica routine viene interrotta quando in città arriva il Circus Beck e il suo esilarante Direttore che promette uno spettacolo indimenticabile. E così sarà, perché ben presto gli equilibri che tengono unita la famiglia della Palmira si spezzano cambiando il destino di ognuno di loro. Al centro del vortice la scoperta di un tesoro inestimabile che può spingere chiunque a gesti folli per ottenerlo.
