Everything is in transformation. Changes in the mountains can be exceptionally well seen and perceived by the cracks and overlays created through mutations thousands of years ago. The Swiss artist and passionate mountaineer Maya Lalive interpreted this motif in 2016 with an art intervention by applying an image of 1400 m² directly at the Albigna dam in Switzerland, at 2162 metres elevation. Close to the crack, thus the name of this metaphorical artwork, went around the world, though not physically but figuratively.
