The Ghanaian Kweku Adoboli was the “golden boy” of UBS Bank London. But belonging to the West came at a cost he never saw coming. As long as the young trader was making hundreds of millions in profits for the major Swiss bank, he was celebrated as a model employee and his promotion to the management ranks was planned. The film re-enacts his London trial using the original court transcripts. A trial that raises more questions than it answers. Promised everything, deported with nothing.
