Pierre-Yves Borgeaud
Director, Editor, Screenwriter, Cinematographer, Location Sound Mixer, Producer
Born in the sixties in Valais. A drummer, journalist and graduate in literature, he turned to video with the arrival of digital technology and obtained a certificate at the New York University in 1997. He worked as a videographer for the record label ECM, became one of the first VJs in Switzerland, won a Golden Leopard in Locarno ("iXième" in 2003) and made several music documentaries distributed internationally (with Youssou N'Dour or Gilberto Gil).
