Andrea Zogg
Actor
Born in 1957 in Tamins, Switzerland. During his career he has performed in various feature films and TV productions as well as onstage at Theatre Neumarkt in Zurich, Schauspielhaus Frankfurt, at Maxim Gorki Theatre Berlin and the Schauspielhaus Wien among many others. He has also collaborated on various international award winning feature films as “Reise der Hoffnung” (Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 1991), “Der Nebelläufer” (Max Ophüls Award 1996) and “Das Fräulein” (Golden Leopard & Heart of Sarajevo Award 2006). His authentic interpretation of the right-wing extremist Polo in “Mekong” (1995) left a lasting impression on the audience. Another important encounter in his career was his first collaboration with Michael Steiner “Spital in Angst” (2001).
