A selection of photographs from personal archives accompanied by a voiceover. To cope with grief by illustrating it with raw, simple material. This distancing aims to question the temporal perception of the image and neutralise emotion. Attempting to achieve a form of resilience through creative expression. With this film, the filmmaker hope to share a perspective on grief through the sensory experience of photography in cinema.
